Exterior check including yard, sprinklers, garage, lights, ​windows and doors. Visual check of your roof and ​gutters.

Interior check including thermostat and smoke ​detectors. Visual check for signs of mold, water damage, ​insects, and rodents.

Kitchen check including faucets and refrigerator.

FAQs

What do your services include?

Services are to identify and detect potential issues before they become a problem. I spend approximately 60 minutes at your ​home carefully checking the interior and exterior. I service homes within 25 miles of Jamestown, NY.

What don’t your services include?

Home check services do not include any repairs, snow/leaf removal, or lawn care. If I detect a problem, you are responsible for ​contacting a repair person, plumber, HVAC specialist, electrician, etc.

What if you find an issue?

I will contact you immediately and describe what I saw or send photos/videos.

What is your experience?

I am a life-long resident of Chautauqua County and have owned homes for nearly 50 years. I was a machinist for over 35 years and ​am very knowledgeable of home maintenance. I am happy to provide references.

How do I get started?

Contact me and we can discuss service plans. If you would like to work with me, you will complete a simple form and liability ​waiver.

Can you provide any additional services?

For an extra charge, I may be able to help spray for insects or trap rodents.
